Movement & Mindfulness for Littles
Join us for a playful and engaging dance movement therapy workshop for young children at CANēY Salt & Wellness Studio, designed to foster mind-body connection, self-expression, and relaxation.
Guided by Alyssa Goff, LMHC, R-DMT, this session blends the benefits of movement therapy with the soothing atmosphere of CANeY’s glowing Himalayan salt chamber—a warm and inviting space featuring a radiant salt wall and fireplace.
This interactive session encourages gentle movement, sensory exploration, and bonding time, making it a perfect opportunity for caregivers and little ones to connect in a calm, supportive environment.

Fee: $45 (includes 1 adult + 1 child) | Additional child: $10

Therapeutic Expressive Arts Workshop
Looking for something meaningful (and fun!) for your child to do over winter break? This 1.5-hour creative workshop is designed to give kids a supportive outlet during a time when routines are shifted and big feelings can surface.
Through art, music, movement, and creative play, children will explore new ways to identify and express their emotions without the pressure of finding the “right words.” Our goal is to help kids build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience—all while having fun in a safe, engaging environment.
This workshop is perfect for children who could benefit from extra tools to manage their feelings, or simply enjoy hands-on activities during the school break.
When: Monday, December 29th 9-10:30AM
Who it’s for: Children ages 6-12ish
Where: Coastal Counseling Associates, 82 Holliston Street Medway, MA
Fee: $125 per child | includes all art supplies
