The Coastal Calm Kit was such a great addition to our family’s regulation toolkit. The calming techniques and activities were easy to understand/explain, and quickly implement in moments of need. The worry stones, coastal sensory items, magnetic figures, and hot cocoa breathing were fast favorites in our house. Highly recommend!
You can tell this was designed by someone who really understands and gets kids. I finally feel like I know what to do when things escalate with my children. Thank you for creating something like this!

My toddler doesn’t enjoy screaming anymore! This kit reminded me to check in with myself more and I am seeing how much pausing has paid off in coregulating with my toddler. She is testing all the boundaries and I can help ease her feelings by recognizing my own is so impactful.

I love that nothing in this feels random!! Everything has a purpose and it’s easy to just grab and go when we need it. The bag is so great for on the go activities.

The Coastal Calm Kit has helped us through a lot of those feelings--both her fears and our frustrations-- and in less than a week, we have an excited and eager toddler proudly wanting to visit her potty!
