Where mind, body, & creativity meet

We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy for children, teens, and adults.
Because our clinicians are dually licensed in mental health counseling and expressive arts therapy, we offer a wide range of creative and somatic modalities. Depending on your treatment plan, sessions may incorporate art, movement, music, sand tray, play therapy, or nature-based work alongside traditional talk therapy.
This allows us to offer a truly holistic, personalized approach.

Healing is more than just talking—it's about connecting the mind & body. We offer appointments for in-person and virtual counseling services for children, teens, and adults.

What does a typical session look like?

We know the phrase “expressive arts” can sound a little intimidating, but we promise—it’s simply about offering more ways to express yourself, not performing or being “good” at art ◡̈ Our clinicians gently meet you exactly where you are, creating a space that feels safe, relaxed, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Most sessions begin with conversation. We take time to check in, understand what’s coming up for you or your child, and explore what you’re hoping to work on that day. As we talk, we may invite creative or body-based elements—always at your pace, and always with your comfort in mind.

This might look like drawing, painting, working with visual art, or incorporating breathing to explore a feeling or experience more deeply. For some clients, it may include music, sand tray work, grounding breathwork, gentle movement, or nature-based activities to support regulation and strengthen the mind–body connection.

Every session is tailored to your unique needs. Some days you may talk the whole time; other days you might find that creativity or movement helps you access clarity, calm, or insight in a way words alone can’t.

The goal is simple: to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered—using whatever tools feel most helpful in the moment.
