Every child deserves a place where they feel seen, accepted, and encouraged to grow. In this small therapeutic group, children will build meaningful connections, practice social skills, and learn healthy ways to express and manage their emotions through art, movement, games, and other expressive activities.

Being a teen isn't always easy. This supportive group gives teens a space to slow down, connect with others who "get it," and build confidence while learning practical tools for managing stress, navigating friendships, handling school pressures, and expressing themselves in healthy ways. Expressive arts activities are thoughtfully woven into each session to encourage self-discovery, emotional growth, and resilience.
