Being a teen isn't always easy. This supportive group gives teens a space to slow down, connect with others who "get it," and build confidence while learning practical tools for managing stress, navigating friendships, handling school pressures, and expressing themselves in healthy ways. Expressive arts activities are thoughtfully woven into each session to encourage self-discovery, emotional growth, and resilience.

A 4-week series for children ages 1-6 blending mindful movement with expressive arts. Each session invites kids to connect with their bodies, explore emotions through play and movement, and wind down with a hands-on art project—supporting self-regulation, body awareness, and creative expression along the way!
