What to Expect
We begin with a collaborative conversation to identify patterns and goals. Alyssa provides tools you can use immediately—visuals, routines, calming strategies, and language for moments of stress. As you implement, she stays in touch to refine and support each step.
We integrate evidence-based and creative modalities to meet each child where they are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strength-based and trauma-informed care, play and expressive arts, movement and breathwork, and nature-based interventions—all woven with supportive parent coaching.
